“Gli errori giudiziari dei giudici? Con questa riforma non c’entrano niente, e vi spiego il perché. Nordio vuole soltanto colpire i magistrati”. Lo ha detto l’ex magistrato Piercamillo Davigo, intervistato dal direttore de il Fatto Quotidiano, Marco Travaglio, nel primo degli appuntamenti intitolati “La settimana del no” al Caffè letterario di via Ostiense.
“La verità è che questo governo vuole che le sentenze dei giudici siano in linea con quelle della politica di maggioranza” ha continuato Davigo, facendo esplicito riferimento alla questione dei migranti portati nel Centro per i rimpatri in Albani.
