Had #AlamedaResearch and #FTX not been intertwined, the former would have crashed and the latter one would still exist as an exchange...

Or as we say in Germany: #GreedEatsBrain!

Generally, the sentences for #WhiteCollarCrime are absurdly low considering the damage done...

Personally I think those in charge should be forced to pay restitution up to the full damages incured because their actions are criminally #GrossNeglect at best and that is not covered by any limited liability setup in most reasonable juristictions
