So I found an old lightbulb and harness and hooked it up to the fuel pump harness. It lights up when I jump the relay!

This didn't change the behavior of the relay, so the next step is to just replace the relay. 🤞

The weird thing about the relay is that it clicks like it's supposed to, even when the control wire isn't switched. Neither does it blow a fuse like the OGs on TheSamba.com say it should.

Well... there's still no ground at the #19 wire, just 11.4v positive. Why would a working ECU that's supposed to put out 12v ground on the fuel pump relay #85 be putting out positive. It should never put out positive. Is there a short in one of the other 30 or so wires!?
