Announced today, Washington D.C. will close Dupont Circle for D.C.'s Pride weekend celebrations, starting 6:00 am Friday. March there is Saturday June 20 -- but Dupont Circle reopens 6:00 pm Monday [EDIT] 22nd. [National Park Service has two different end dates, no joke.]
They closed it last year, too, breaking long tradition. That area's where the gay bars are.
