Discussions are expected to focus on political, economic, and security issues, as well as on strengthening regional cooperation, trade, and transit.

The meeting’s banner features the flags of Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Kazakhstan alongside the Taliban flag.
