Jawzjan: #ARCS Vice President Visits Branch and Reviews Activities and #Properties

ARCS Vice President Hafiz Azizur Rahman visited the #Jawzjan provincial branch during his trip to the #northern_zone.
During the visit, he reviewed the branch’s activities and provided guidance to officials aimed at improving administrative performance. He also assured them that efforts would be made to address existing challenges and implement their proposals.
He further visited a 150-jerib #property owned by ARCS in #Aqcha district, as well as a #one-story_commercial_market under construction in Sheberghan city, belonging to the Jawzjan branch. He issued necessary instructions to officials regarding the progress of these projects and the effective use of the organization’s properties.

The Governor of Paktia, الحاج ملا مهرالله حماد, accompanied by a delegation, traveled to the district of Ahmad Khail in eastern Paktia province.

Following the guidance of the esteemed Amir al-Mu’minin (may God protect him), Governor الحاج ملا مهرالله حماد and his accompanying delegation traveled to the district of Ahmad Khail, where they listened closely to the needs and concerns of the district officials and local tribes and participated in a large public gathering.
The Governor stated during his speech that the purpose of the visit was to assess the conditions of the people and to hear their problems and requests firsthand, and to deliver the orders of the leadership (may God protect him) to the people. He assured the people that their fundamental and essential requests would be addressed through the relevant agencies. During his speech, he also shared order number 662 from the esteemed Amir al-Mu’minin (may God protect him).
During the meeting, speakers from the Paktia Provincial Council of Scholars, the Directorate of Amr bil Ma’ruf (Promoting Good), the Directorate of Hajj and Religious Affairs, and officials from other departments spoke, emphasizing the values of the Islamic system, the importance of obedience to the leaders, the implementation of orders, the prevention of harmful customs, the sacrifices and cooperation of the people in the success of the Islamic system. They assured that the officials of the Islamic Emirate would never forget the constant cooperation and sacrifices of the people and that facilities and conveniences would be created for all people in a balanced manner. They addressed the people, saying that since the people have fully participated in the success of the Islamic Emirate, their continued cooperation is necessary for the survival, stability, and reconstruction of the system.
During the visit, oversight and evaluation of civil affairs and administrative matters of the districts and security command were conducted, and necessary recommendations were made to officials and personnel to strengthen the processes.
Meanwhile, tribal elders welcomed the arrival of the delegation led by the Governor and shared their requests and concerns with them verbally and in writing. They assured that they would make greater efforts in protecting, defending, and implementing the orders of the leadership (may God protect him).
It is noteworthy that during this visit, the Governor was accompanied by the Commander of Paktia Security, the Chief Justice of the Appeal Court, the Head of Intelligence, the Deputy of the Council of Scholars, and the heads of several other departments.

په جوړه شوې غونډه کې د پلاوي له ګډونوالو څخه د پکتيا ولايت علماوو شورا مرستيال، امربالمعروف رياست مرستيال، حج اوقافو رياست مرستيال او د نورو ادارو مسؤلینو د خپلو ويناوو پر مهال، د اسلامي نظام پۀ ارزښت، اهميت، مشرانو اطاعت، فرامينو تطبيق، د ناسمو دودونو د مخنیوي، د اسلامي نظام پۀ بريا کې د ولسونو پۀ قربانيو او همکاريو ويناوې وکړې، چې پر وينا يې اسلامي امارت مسؤلين به هيڅ وخت د ولسونو هميشنۍ همکاري او قربانۍ هېرې نکړي او ټولو ولسونو ته به پۀ متوازن ډول اسانتياوې او سهولتونه رامنځته شي، دوی ولسونو ته پۀ خطاب کې وويل څنګه چې ولسونو د اسلامي امارت پۀ بریا کې پوره ونډه اخيستې اوس د نظام د بقاء، استحکام او هيواد جوړولو پۀ برخه کې هم د ولسونو دوامداره همکارۍ اړينې دي.

The Deputy Governor of Paktia, الحاج شيخ انعام الله "صلاح الدین" (Hajji Sheikh Inamullah "Salahuddin"), held a coordination meeting with officials from the United Nations (UN).

In the presence of officials from various provincial departments, the Deputy Governor of Paktia, Hajji Sheikh Inamullah Salahuddin, convened a meeting to foster coordination between the United Nations specialized agencies and other international organizations regarding the implementation of development and humanitarian aid programs. The meeting aimed to create synergy and provide the necessary facilities for the effective and productive implementation of these programs.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Deputy Governor welcomed the representatives of the UN organizations and thanked the officials of all donor institutions for aligning their activities with the principles of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and coordinating with relevant departments.
Sheikh Salahuddin stated that you remain partners in the sorrow and pain of this afflicted people, and he expressed hope that you would continue your cooperation in providing even more aid and pay special attention to the Paktia zone. He assured them of the province's full support and appreciation for their collaboration in the areas of migration, health, agriculture, and education.
The Deputy Governor further added that reactivating and equipping inactive health centers, increasing ambulances and personnel, providing shelter, solar systems, strengthening district and sub-district hospitals, improving TB and malaria programs, collaborating on municipal, education, and agricultural projects, and providing food and shelter assistance to displaced persons are fundamental needs of the people of Paktia.
Sheikh Salahuddin emphasized that any institutions that do not have branches in Paktia should relocate to the zone.
At the end of the meeting, the officials of the mentioned organizations expressed their satisfaction with the coordination under the existing governance system and stated that they were delighted with this initiative, as it encourages them to undertake even more effective activities and ensures that tasks are carried out systematically. They reaffirmed their commitment to further expand their operations and collaborate on the tasks identified by the province.
