eckyn/JanI wouldn't go as far as to say that this bus departure board is broken, but it's definitely unintended behaviour.
The sorting is incorrect. However, there is a simple explanation: The photo was taken at 23:13. The departures in 48min are just past midnight (00:01). The others buses depart at 23:16 and 23:25. Because 00:01 is smaller than 23:16, they are listed first, ignoring the date.
