The Bilker Bunker is a former World War II air-raid shelter turned into a cultural institution. Built in 1942, the structure was repurposed in 2016 as a non-profit space for contemporary art, fashion, and music. The large mural on the facade, titled "Time Travelers" (Zeitreisende), was created in 1995 to symbolize the coexistence of different cultures.
