Went to an intermediate/advanced class yesterday and learned this from a new instructor.

It felt super easy though... Consulted with friends who do more #AerialHoop than me, was told this is more of a beginner/intermediate combo 😭

Gonna start adding names to my #Lyra practice vids too, because everytime the instructor asked me if I knew a move, I couldn't answer since I didn't remember any of the names 🫠 Though some of these have made up names by the instructor

Tried out this newer move called Bouquet. It's very similar to the #pdChenLily, both of which are basically one armed #pdEmbrace variations.

The struggle to hold that pose was a humbling reminder to restart regular stretches working towards my #needlescale
