#NowPlaying a throwback to the late 90s/early 2000s. Add N to (X) were a very strange, synthy, blippy electronic band that were only together for a few years at the middle/end of the 90s, and barely into the 2000s (they broke up in 2003). They made some catchy, weird songs.

Add N to (x) were one of my favourite bands back in the day. I'm thankful to my younger self for first, buying all their records I could find when I got my first student loan and, second, making a compilation CDR of all the b-sides and rarities. At some point in the last 25 years I must have ripped it to MP3 as now have the files on my phone, listening again today was great.
I can't really believe they got so much air play back in 1999 or so. Remember various tracks being on MTV2 round my friend's house. The band really opened me up to a lot of weirdness and analogue synth noisiness!

The track I wanted to share wasn't on YouTube but here's Little Black Rocks In the Sun (which came on a 10" hexagonal record with a weird fold out iris cardboard cover). I've never seen this accompanying music video before.
