Rapport dodelijk ongeval brug Lochem: 'Niet goed op risico's gelet'
De partijen die meewerkten aan een brug in Lochem, in de Achterhoek, hebben van tevoren niet goed genoeg nagedacht over de risico's van de bouw. Dat is de conclusie van de Onderzoeksraad voor Veiligheid. In februari 2024 viel tijdens werkzaamheden een brugdeel naar beneden. Twee medewerkers kwamen daarbij om het leven.
