Just a heads up that the overcharging on delivery fees on the #Coles website still has not been fixed, so check your online invoices to see if you're owed a refund.
Have just had to go through the whole process again with their support agent online, provided screenshots of their own site saying one price and my invoice showing more was charged..
Have asked for the error to be escalated to management level as they can't legally be doing this to customers nationwide, that's millions in overcharged fees (if it were an error costing THEM money they would have fixed it quick-smart)..
