Vyjdeme z Rozhodnutí Nejvyššího Správního Soudu 10 As 254/2023 - 50: "To nelze dovozovat z nařízení vlády z roku 1954, podle kterého Pražský hrad náleží všemu československému lidu. Jedná se totiž jen o politickou proklamaci minulého socialistického režimu poplatnou své době."
