This morning I am blessed to prepare #frybread for a mess of people at an apple squeeze. I am white. I was given this recipe by my stepgramma, she was #Crow #Absaroka #Apsáalooke. When I lived there I was young. She and others showed me how to prep and do the whole process. I am happy to share it with close friends at gatherings. It is deep for me but as #audhd #actuallyautistic a challenge. Since I did this pre DX, I theorize I will be ok, maintain habits, knowing the variables. This is good.
