As part of my #Hadakashinrinyoku practice, I forage for fruits & berries to eat. Recently, I found an abundance of Lilly Pilly berries. In the Engaging the Taste Consciousness (舌識, Zeshiki) step, I taste edible plants or herbs & drink from #natural water sources. This "Mindful Eating" involves slowly savouring the taste, texture, & sensation of the food, reflecting on the nourishment provided by #nature.
