Wedding’s beloved Fischerpinte boathouse and Kneipe at Plötzensee is no more! It was the best place to go for a beer or to chill by the lakeside in summer but there will be no more of that after the death of the lease-holder Wolfgang Dühring in February.

Local authorities won’t allow it reopen. They want to knock it down and remove it altogether. After 100 years of existence!

Fischerpinte was a beloved old-Berliner boathouse, pub and biergarten on wooden decking at Plötzensee that the Bezirksamt won’t allow reopen after the proprietor died.
