⛪ An abandoned chapel inside a Victorian "Deaf institute" in England.

This chapel provided accessible religious services to the Deaf, hard of hearing and none speaking communities. The center closed in the 1980s. The building remained a community center until the mid-2000s, when it was vacated and left to decay.

A re-visit to a beautiful abandoned villa in #Italy. During my second visit, I explored more of this wonderful lost place, discovering even more beauty.

According to historical records, a castle or mediaeval stronghold once stood here between the years 1500 and 1600. It was rebuilt in the neo-baroque style in the 1700s and later renovated with a neo-classical façade.

It has stood empty since 1960s.
