So according to the logic stated in this piece by the otherwise excellent #BRUZZ we now have violent #ZwanzeDerby ies because fanclubs like #bEUnion exist? And that‘s a reason to resort to violence?
A few more things:
#Lapoussine with the quote of the game, reminding me of #StevenCherubdolo
#Zwanzederby
I can‘t describe how happy it makes me that the team supported the boycott decision, showed up on the field the way it did, and sang a ‚Bruxelles, ma villes…‘ towards the empty away stand.

Now, let‘s work towards #ProLeagueBE establishing better schedules for high profile games like derbies! #ifthekidsareunited
The #ZwanzeDerby between Union Saint Gilloise and Red-White Daring Molenbeek is one of the most historic football derbies in the World. One of the most famous Belgian theatre plays, Coppemans et Bossemans et Coppenolle, is based around this setting.
For a more positive outlook, go here: https://rusg.brussels/en/news/union-molenbeek-historic-rivalry
The rivalry between Union and RWDM is not a recent one. The first real derby took place in 1912, when RWDM were still known as Daring Club, and the rest is history, with derbies that have never ceased to be the talk of the Belgian press. The rivalry was even immortalised in the play 'Bossemans et Coppenole', a great classic of Belgian theatre.
This - if true - is a super stupid decision in a long line of stupid decisions! #RWDUSG #RWDMRUSg #ZwanzeDerby #lifeinbrussels
It will only push #RUSG fans closer to the ring, closer to Molenbeek, and easier to reach to Anderlecht idiots (who, might I remind you, threw stones at departing busses from Club fans last weekend).
