Vu la gravité de la situation et la tombée de la nuit, l'équipage a décidé d'embarquer immédiatement ces personnes. Une fois que tout le monde était en sécurité à bord, ils ont reçu des soins médicaux et le #Nadir a mis le cap sur le #PlaceOfSafety le plus proche, #Lampedusa.

Les survivants ont rapporté qu'ils avaient voyagé pendant 1½ jour depuis #Zuwara en #Libye. Plus tard dans la soirée, ils ont tous été pris à bord d'un patrouilleur de la Guardia Costiera qui les a ramenés à terre.

Angesichts der ernsten Lage und der hereinbrechenden Dunkelheit beschloss die Crew, die Menschen sofort an Bord zu nehmen. Nachdem alle sicher an Bord waren, wurden sie medizinisch versorgt, und die #Nadir nahm Kurs auf den nächstgelegenen #PlaceOfSafety, #Lampedusa.

Die Überlebenden berichteten, dass sie von #Zuwara in #Libyen aus 1½ Tage unterwegs gewesen seien. Später am Abend wurden alle von einem Patrouillenboot der Guardia Costiera an Bord genommen, das sie an Land brachte.

1 Boot in Seenot mit ~70 Pers. vor #Zuwara🇱🇾, @alarm_phone konnte sie nicht erreichen, ihr Telefon ist aus. #Colibri🛩️ von @PVolontaires suchte vergebl. nach ihnen. Wir befürchten, dass sie von der sog. 'Libyan Coastguard' abgefangen und zurück gezwungen wurden.

We were alerted to a boat in distress with ~70 people off #Zuwara. We have not been able to reach them, their phone is off. #Colibri of @PVolontaires searched for the boat in vain. We fear they were intercepted and forced back to #Libya by Libyan border guards.
