Budapest, 1978. Yesterday I posted a photo from the Fortepan archives of a record store in Budapest, taken in 1959. Twenty years later things have changed, somewhat at least. We have coloured album covers now in brightly lit stores, but records are still kept behind the counter!
Incidentally the singer in the poster at the top right, Zorán, is still touring at the age of 82, 46 years after this photo was taken.
