If you live in one of the relevant states (AL, AR, CT, FL, ID, NY, SD, or WI) then you may need additional assistance to send in the additional form. We recommend you get expert help from one of our #ZoomTheVote sessions at https://qrco.de/bbh0zg.
If you don't live in one of those states then you should be fine - just complete and send in your ballot once you've received it, according to your State's ballot instructions.
