Muellers Kabinettmein morgiger Einsatz auf #Zeche #Zollern hat einen provisorischen Umbau an meinem #Scorpion erfordert - der #Bafang-Motor, den ich bisher an einem anderen Fahrrad hatte wurde gebraucht, weil Morgen auch das #Velostudio mit kommt und ich nicht die hügelige Strecke nach Zollern ohne Unterstützung fahren wollte. Eine provisorische Kupplungsplatte wurde auch montiert. Das alte #Swissdrive ist zwar noch vorhanden, wird aber für die Mission nicht mehr genutzt. #fahrrad #verkehrswende #Dortmund

virtualmarcThat was the trip to Zeche #Zollern in #Dortmund.
We now left the area of the Zollern colliery II/IV and are now in a street called Grubenweg in front of the entrance doors.
In front of the area is the former mining collony "Landwehr", where the workers of the mine lived. Streets here are named by planets, we have the "Jupiterstraße", the "Marsstraße", the "Venusstraße" and the "Plutostraße". All around the main road the "Rhader Weg" which goes trough this area.
For those who want to go on a walk around the area can follow the way to the "Rader Holz" along the Dellwiger Bach with some lakes to the spoil heap. (I haven't done this walk yet, so no photos).
After visiting the Zeche Zollern you can visit the Kokerei Hansa in 8km distance, while being in the area. I'll show some photos of the coking plant next weekend!
