A few weeks ago, I re-found three 100mb zip disks in a box in our attic that I forgot about, but we don't have a drive anymore. So I started to look online again.

$17 later (including shipping), I now have an IDE zip drive. No idea if it works, will be testing soonish (probably this weekend).

It was an alternative to the floppy disk for data storage - until USB sticks took over.

I just found another one, but sadly, I sold my dad's Zip drive on eBay a few years ago.
