Ich nehme mir immer mal wieder ein Gerät mit besonders schlechter Verbindungsqualität (LQI) oder wenn es gerade ohnehin Verbindungsprobleme gibt und ziehe das dann um.
Today I diacovered that #Zigbee2MQTT not only allows to rename devices, but update the entity ID in Home Assistant too. So, moving some lights around was done in the mere click of a button.
Obwohl doch einige Zigbee Router hier herumfunken, verbinden sich die meißten Sensoren direkt mit dem neuen Coordinator.
Spricht meiner Meinung nach für das Gerät und dem neuen Standort.
Neues Spielzeug in Betrieb genommen. Die Ausleuchtung des Zigbee Mesh ist von der neuen Stelle deutlich besser.
Hier habe ich in alle Räumen POE und es ist somit einfacher zu positionieren, als mit einem USB-Dongle am HAOS direkt im Technikraum.
ABER: So einfach war der Umstieg dann leider auch nichr. Am Schluß musste ich doch alle Sensoren/Aktoren frisch anlernen.
Nachdem der Support mit der speziellen Firmware das SLZB MR4U nun für Thread stabil zum laufen gebracht hat, werde ich damit beginnen, das Zigbee-Radio via ZHA in Betrieb zu nehmen.
Das mache ich langsam und pragmatisch.
Dazu suche ich mir die Devices, die auf dem Sonoff Dongle in zigebee2mqtt besonders niedrige LQI habe und ziehe die als erstes um.

Converted my #Sonoff #Zigbee USB dongle into an ethernet dongle by exposing it through Ser2net on my #OpenWRT Wifi access point to #Zigbee2MQTT.
Both wired to the same network switch.
Whether I keep it that way, I don't know yet, was a desperation move to try to fix network issues, which may have been solved by correctly moving everything over to channel 25 from 11.
