For the second time, I have crossed my financial "Zero Line".
The #ZeroLine is what I call the point where my annual household budget and my #passiveincome equal each other. At net zero, you have #financialindependence.
The first time I crossed the Zero Line, I spent one month in net positive passive cash flow before the #scamdemic knocked me back the other way.
Just shy of two years later, here I am again on the plus side of the line.
I intend to make this a permanent stay this time.
