Clintondale Elementary School 1st grade teacher her the students do this nonsense as a Thanksgiving Day project. One side was a turkey with messages of gratitude written on the tail feathers. The other side rendered a very white-filtered Native American Person, with feather-filled headband, dark hair, "war paint," and...are those eyes?

I am livid. I don't have a voice, though, because I am not a community member or the parent of the child who was subjected to this miseducation.
