Got a new internet provider and they sent their router gateway box. My Zephyrus G14 was struggling to connect to the internet. It would connect to the router but I’d be unable to access the internet, or even the router’s settings via 10.0.0.1 After researching, it appears to be an issue with the MediaTek card, stemming from a handshake or protocol mismatch. I noticed that the issue was occurring on WiFi 6. As a quick remedy, I made the card default to WiFi 5 using Device Manager. Steps: * Open Device Manager * Under “Network adapters”, find MediaTek Wi-Fi 6E MT7922 160MHz Wireless LAN Card * Right click it, select Properties * Go to the Advanced tab * For the property 802.11ax/ac/n/abg, select the value 2. 802.11ac [https://lemmy.world/pictrs/image/a8b30712-3a72-444b-9ff4-3e1870228451.png] No longer facing issues. Missing out on WiFi 6 is no biggie as my max WiFi speed is 500 Mbps anyway.

There should be 2: AMD Radeon RX [your model number] and AMD Radeon™ Graphics. > * Unplug your HDMI cable and restart your laptop. > * When you’re logged back in, give your laptop a few minutes to re-install the drivers. > * Open your device manager window back up to make sure that the display adapters are installed again. > * Try to plug in your HDMI cable now and see if it works. > > This worked for me after trying every other solution posted here. Been having this issue since I got the laptop, where after a while the Bluetooth keeps cutting out. If you check the Settings app, you can see Bluetooth constantly disappear and reappear. Incredibly annoying since my headphones, mouse and keyboard are connected via Bluetooth. I tried the following with no success: - “Shut down” or “Restart” from the Power menu. - Didn’t help. - I would have to press and hold the Shift key to bring up the Advanced startup options [https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/advanced-startup-options-including-safe-mode-b90e7808-80b5-a291-d4b8-1a1af602b617] then select “Start Windows Normally”. - Uninstalling and reinstalling Bluetooth drivers - Temporary fix. Issue starts reappearing after a while. The fix I found online that does actually work: - “go to device manager and open the bluetooth driver page. open the bluetooth adapter and you’ll see power management tab. uncheck the allow computer to turn off the device to save power.” Followed these instructions for the MediaTek Bluetooth Driver in Device Manager, and I’m no longer facing intermittent Bluetooth.
