#LaserGates für das #Atari2600 ist recht teuer. Vor fast 20 Jahren hatte ich mir als PAL Version deshalb lieber #Weltraumtunnel von #Quelle gekauft, das war sehr günstig.
Jetzt mit dem 2600+/7800+ mag ich lieber die schnellen NTSC Versionen, aber Laser Gates NTSC ist noch viel teurer als die PAL Version damals.
Also habe ich mir lieber von #Zellers #LaserVolley als Cartridge zu einem fairen Preis geholt 🕹

Un peu de zizique de #lamécanique avec du #automélodi et Annie-Claude Deschênes et une inspiration des Club #Zellers (et regarder des tutos de #krita ) donne ceci! 😃

Il y a une version transparente et l'autre avec blanc à l'intérieur au cas pour les impressions sur fond foncé. Je crois que #Qlub gère bien ce format d'image contrairement à #meta qui comprime tout en #jpeg comme un sauvage 🤪 . Comon, Mark! haha

Zellers.

“Truly Canadian” department store chain Zellers opened their first store in 12 years in Edmonton today, marking a return of the brand. Zellers shut their doors in 2013, with Target buying most of their real estate in their attempt to move into the Canadian market.

Target failed miserably at their attempt to enter Canada, and left the country less than two years later.

Hudson’s Bay opened a few Zellers pop up locations in their stores a couple of years ago, but the brand was sold to another company. The new Zellers in Edmonton is 60,000 square feet.

I shopped at Zellers quite a few times back in the day, and always found their stores to be comfortably familiar, reminiscent of Ames, Kmart, and Hills here in the United States. While these brands have no hope of returning to the states, I’m delighted to see Zellers making a comeback for our friends up north.
