I read this because I'm quite interested in Scott Fitzgerald, so I was curious to see what light it shed on their marriage and on "Tender Is The Night".

There is a halfway decent novel here about an expatriate woman in France between the wars, but it's buried in mounds of overwritten prose and stilted dialogue.
