It's not a question, you dickhead, of you "having to embrace" it. It's the simple fact that you said it, that you are so stupid &/or so misinformed that you even said it, that you govern your actions on a non-existent concept. Moron. 🤦♀️

This inexpressible fuckery astounds & confounds me. Today we know much more about Gender Dysphoria than we did 20 years ago when i #transitioned [albeit, we did already know HEAPS about it then, given that we already had many decades of scientific data & lived experience on it]. Today there's better understanding of pharmacological assistance for blocking the ghastliness of #puberty, that horrendous irreversible process that irrevocably poisons the body of trans teens+. Yet, despite all this putative progress, today's politics are motivated by rancid RWNJ hatred of difference, deplorable patriarchal & bullshit religious delusions, & venal political actors unconcerned about best interests of the dysphoric misery when they can see potential political advantage. I wish the plagues of #Zarquon on these hideous cretins.
It's just so cruel. Young trans peeps are forced into an agonising choice of losing propositions:
- declare as soon as they know, seek parental empathy compassion & support [none of which is assured], avail themselves of requisite puberty blockers, then somehow weather the roiling storms of pig-ignorance, malice & hatred that will envelop them from the RWNJs... all the while hoping they can just survive long enough to reach legal age when they can seek the remaining medical & surgical aspects of their #transition, if that's their goal ... OR ...
- endure the silent misery of unvoiced Gender Dysphoria & its ruination on their bodies as they desperately try to survive #puberty & stave off #suicide, until some undefined later stage of adulthood when they can formally transition, replete in the knowledge that many hated aspects were set in stone by their "incorrect puberty" [explicitly so for #MtF; i shan't pretend any accurate understanding for #FtM].
