here's a small digital collage i made for my in-progress mega-zine on the industrial agricultural system. this collage is for the "oil" spread, which i'm still researching. all i want is a list of all the fossil-fuel-based inputs into industrial ag and i cannot find a list because there are too many things and it's too complicated!!!

anyway, please enjoy this collage about pumping magical, colorful oil directly onto the land.

Multiple rooms at CÉDA and spots in Parc Vinet will host book launches, reading groups, discussions, film screenings, and other sessions throughout the day

another spread for my WIP collage mega-zine about industrial agriculture, this time about delicious chemicals!

this image may be hard to read on a screen (and probably impossible on a phone without major zooming in), but it's in print layout for 11x17 paper (imagine it folded in half, like 2 sides of a magazine).

possibly my favorite part of the collage is "prosper plenty", a comic book hero that's a bag of fertilizer. children fly on his back and he teaches them about the magic of agricultural chemicals. i'll probably include more pages from the comic in future spreads.

next time i go to town, i'll do a test print on 11x17 paper and make sure that all the text is readable, etc.

and this is merely the first spread about agricultural chemicals! i'm currently planning individual spreads for fertilizer, herbicides, and pesticides. there's a lot to cover. also, there will be a spread about petroleum use in general.

Hab gerade die Blätter zweier alter Wandkalender zu one page Zines gefaltet.
Bei den einen habe ich die bedruckte Seite nach außen genommen, bei den anderen nach innen.

Jetzt ist die große Frage: Was mache ich da jetzt rein?

Einen Satz mit in den Urlaub nehmen und dort journaln, incl. Photos drucken und einkleben? (könnte aber packtechnisch ausarten - Washi tape, Sticker, Stifte...) ... könnte aber auch auf nach dem Urlaub verschoben werden (so wie andere solcher Projekte, die allesamt unvollendet vor sich hin stauben 😅)

6, 12, 18, 24, 30, ... Tage ein Photo machen und einkleben und gestalten?

Collagen mit meinem ganzen Schreibwarenkram?
