#YouOtterKnow we are receiving word that the second floor of the Student Services Building (47) has no network connection here at #csumb.
Customers on this floor have no wired or wireless internet access.
We are working on a resolution but have no estimated time of repair.
Resolved: Test was successful.

Information Technology will be performing another test of our new account management process ahead of the Spring Break maintenance upgrade.
This test run will touch a total of twelve records in Okta in the production environment, none of which are active.
There is no expected impact on any active user accounts during this maintenance window.

Hey #CSUMB Otters- Zoom reports they will be doing a maintenance that will affect all California Zoom phone users on Friday March 29, 2024 starting at 5:00 pm.
While the maintenance is expected to take approximately 5 hours, a brief disconnection may be experienced and notifications may be missed during this time frame.

Buildings affected are: 13, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 35, 37, 41, 41A, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 48, 49, 50, 58, 59, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 506, Emergency Operations Center (EOC), and City Center.

Hey #CSUMB Otters, #YouOtterKnow Information Technology will be performing a operating system upgrade on our campus Wi-Fi system on Saturday March 9, 2024.
The maintenance window is between 3:00 am and 3:10 am. Wi-Fi users may experience intermittent Wi-Fi connection issues during the maintenance window.
**Update 3-5-24: From Instruture: Our DevOps team is aware of the behavior and found that this is an issue with Comcast Xfinity, if you are still getting error messages please report this behavior to your Internet Service Provider.

#YouOtterKnow that due to a national outage experienced by DirecTV, our campus is experiencing an outage of channels 49.1, 55.2, 57.1, 57.2, 58.2, 59.2, 64.2, 65.1, 66.2, 75.2, 79.1, and 86.2.
**Update: AT&T states that this issue is resolved.**

Hey #CSUMB Otters- We are hearing about an outage with AT&T mobile calling services. They suggest where possible enabling Wi-Fi calling until the issue is resolved.
