@Mary625 @StevenBeschloss A Federal Election Commission, that would deserve its name, would be capable of ruling, which constitutionally loyal parties are allowed to have its candidates run for public offices, & which anti-constitutional organizations are ineligible to run for public offices due to lack of intention to support & defend the Constitution (, which includes more than the mostly misinterpreted 1st, 2nd & 5th Amendments).
