Stephen BI've always enjoyed Jackass on a level beyond "ha ha look he hurt himself" (not that I don't also enjoy it on that level), but I've never had the language to articulate why. This episode of "You Are Good" does an excellent job of stepping through the comradery and growing sense of positive masculinity throughout the movies. It's especially interesting through a trans woman's lens, analysing the counter cultural queer-friendly vibe of all the main cast from as early as the first movie.
