Hopping back into #MeMadeMay with a #YorkPinafore This is one of my favourite patterns. I have made three Yorks true to pattern and two with modifications. This one is in #SecondHand green denim with Frenched seams and finished with cotton bias binding on the arms and neck. York pinafores are very forgiving of body changes over time and they have fantastic pockets. They work for every season and need less washing due to wearing them as an outer layer that doesn't touch your armpits. I love them! Pup only cares about their coziness when snuggled behind me for work! They pass that test too!

The pattern is by Helen's closet and was one of the first patterns I followed, loved it and repeated it in different materials and colours. The pockets are amazing! Pinafores are lovely because they're great for layering making them versatile year round.
