I assume #Yodel don't have a presence on the Fediverse, although they probably believe they do (it's actually Twitter, Yodel, but yeah, same thing to you).
Just had notification that they've delivered my expected parcel to someone else. Obviously they are claiming they've delivered it successfully, which is half right I suppose, in that it has been delivered. I'm now engaging with a slow customer care bit that will assure me it's been delivered and will offer a picture of the parcel in someone else's porch as evidence.
This isn't the first time and until companies offer a delivery option that says anyone but Yodel it won't be the last.
One job and satellite navigation, yet off they go probably to the next street, you know; the one with a similar but different street name and a different postcode.
Absolutely useless.
