Last Saturday I had an email saying it was ready to collect - so I went to the shop. It wasn’t there. It had been damaged in transit, and returned to Naked wines.
This has now happened *three* times. Each time I get the emails (from both Naked and Yodel) saying it’s ready to collect, and only a couple of hours later do they let me know it’s being returned.
I have now threatened Naked Wines with closing my account.
