I've never roasted dry-process coffee like this before. It has neither punchy acidity nor much bitterness. It's more chocolate than cocoa, but has a very subdued, berry-like fruitiness. I just might be getting better at this. Me likey very muchly!

It appears I'm getting (slightly) better at roasting dry-process #coffee. There's a bit of strawberry & cocoa in this #Ethiopia #Yirgacheffe Gotiti.
This is the exact same #Ethiopia #Yirgacheffe Kochere that I had last week as a single-origin #espresso made into an iced Americano, but this time it was brewed in a #HarioV60 over ice. Different method, different flavor. I prefer it better this way. Heavier body, more balanced acidity, & a more rounded, fuller fruit flavor.
