Hoping i can get past the 35th repeat on my Feather and Fan lace scarf this week. I've made mistakes and ripped back 3 times already.

I do not give any grace or mercy to myself on this piece, it's for me and I know I can get it right. It'll bug me if I find a mistake.

The Aimee Sher Comfort Linen Silk yarn took the unraveling well, it still looks good.

Went to the Midwest Fiber Festival last weekend, tried Nalbinding for the first time in a 3 hour class.

Came home and cast on for a lace scarf with new yarn, and, after 5 years of stalling, started a video class in indirect warping for my loom. It's a way to get long warps without needing the space for a direct warp and lengths of yarn that cats love to mess with.

Went to the Midwest Fiber Festival, year 3, and found friends, yarn, bags, and goodies! I love that I got to talk to the person who raised the sheep and then dyed the yarn a gorgeous blue-green colour.

All right, finished and delivered the baby blanket for the baby shower. Managed to keep it a secret that I knew* how to #crochet and was doing a blanket for my oldest niece's first born from my extended family until the gift was opened.

*Using know extremely loosely here.
