For those interested: Auto*inflammatory* diseases appear to be distinct from auto*immune* conditions in that they arise via innate (vs adaptive) immune system, & have only started to be recognized clinically in past 5-10 yrs. Some enlightening recent papers on #YaoSyndrome:
