@sam and I would think you missed the #yacy logo as it is a search engine with a similar idea to the fedivers
@siina are you okay with #Yacy on your site?

Yacy (#decentralized search engine) can view a saved copy of a webpage anonymously, without even being online. Using the parser option, after crawling (which does require a previous internet connection), you can later see the text of the page, without actually visiting the website! It could also be crawled by a peer and not by your machine.

In this example, I am reading about those flashes of light on the moon.

#Yacy #moon #lunarimpact #lunarflash #privacy

@Amgine
After a crawl of your RSS feed, a post of yours could be found with a Yacy search.

@chris

#RSS #Yacy

@newsgroup
Thank you for adding your #Yacy peer to the network. I see your server specializes in the #Russian language. It produced fast results for me.

@threatchain general purpose siem, malcolm ids, debian server, opnsense - good combo imo, good licensing,. I may just refactor and use 500gb drives so cost will not be the limiting factor, you can use debian blends too but even some of these specialized apps won't have included forensics-full and this has a ton of super usefull sw, when you have the persistence partition going corner case use cases can be covered better than say something like a bootable iso #rational clear case #mw #smw #yacy 3jenkins #ntop-ng #misp #cms #lamp server #sbom #addons #app armor #selinux #ufw #fail2ban #hardened debian #pentoo

@orbiterlab
Step 1. Install Yacy
Step 2. Install LLM (like Ollama)
Step 3. Install OpenClaw
Step 4. ....
Step 5. Profit!

I have Yacy installed and running, but not LLM nor OpenClaw.

I guess if you had all three components installed, you could ask AI a question using your own crawl data. Like:

"Summarize what is happening today on the Artemis II moon mission."

#Yacy #AI #OpenClaw
@DO3EET

Je viens juste de découvrir susi.ai

Merci à @orbiterlab

@klokanek Well, I use #yacy as second web search engine for a while now, that works, sometimes well, sometimes that sucks !!! ^^'

#servo is also working 'roughly out of the box' : some things like text selection aren't supported, but I can open my local yacy website and search with.

That's simple as that!! 🤓🤓
