People's MOU Day of Action

A national day of action to protest the federal government’s recent MOU with Alberta Premier Danielle Smith regarding pipelines and the oil industry. In Edmonton, activists met outside MP Eleanor Olszewsk's office to deliver a People's MOU urging the government to protect the climate.

Festa Primavera celebrated spring on May 23rd in The Piazza, Giovanni Caboto Park, and in businesses along 95th Street. The event included food, children's crafts, chair yoga, music, and more. It was organized by the Viva Italia District Association (VIDA).
