#Europe needs a #LinkedIn alternative. #Xing already exists, but it seems abandoned. No content, no engagement, German-only, worse translations in other languages... I think we can do better.

@generalx it's way worse in many cases.

I.e. a job is being listed on #StepStone, #XING, Federal Employment Agency, …

• That listing is being copy & pasted every week or month, so there's like 4-6+ identical ones per company online.
  • Then #recruiters / Hiring Agencies also copy that verbatim because they usually don't vet employers and verify that they actually want to fill the vacancy (I know some that do, but I've also see them try to recruit me to some other recruiter who'd then bundle that up in a contract for the final customer.
