For the next Xenoblade, I hope they do something about a problem I had with 3 where during hard boss fights, controlling a Healer is by far the best choice.
I've only largely controlled a Defender during 3 boss fights where positioning was important (so maybe do that more in a sequel).
And Attacker... only during easy fights or sections. Maybe do phases with dps checks?

You know I think it’s pretty obvious that the info collecting mechanic in XCX and XCXDE is not really great the area you have to look through with too many hiding spots and the icon being super small just makes it really annoying… that said while doing the quest “the party line”

though I have to question how the hell is there two seemingly separate universes that both seem to be based off reality (X and pre 1 and 2) I mean granted that seems to only be noted in some random merch so that could be retconned or ignored easily but it’s still weird… and I can’t say I’m looking as forward to an X2 as much now…

and sure you can say “oh universes have been destroyed in previous Xenoblade games” but like no not really and even then it’s like what once a millennium in those cases like think about it Elma watched 3 UNIVERSES DIE!!! That’s where it just becomes too ridiculous to the point of stupidity honestly… I honestly can’t help but feel like chapter 13 was just monolith soft’s way of connecting X to 1-3 and not at all the original plan for a X2
