Since the day-long intro to Apple Vision Pro development at Apple HQ in Battersea last year, I’ve been keen to explore how Alphaputt could land in mixed reality. What does a spatial interface for a mini-golf game feel like? How does interaction design shift when you’re no longer bound to a screen? As a designer, diving into Xcode and SwiftUI felt like a tricky shot from the bunker, so discovering ordinary objects — essentially Figma for spatial experiences — was a total game-changer. A huge thanks to Gregor Finger for the test drive! The real-time collaboration and no-code prototyping make it a brilliant tool for quickly testing ideas. Here’s a little video of our early explorations. It’s still the first hole, but we’re excited to refine our approach and see where this leads.
