I managed another one. Two new footpaths covered too. Unfortunately one was an ancient sunken lane that had a concrete field drain into it, so was a full flowing stream bed. Overall very enjoyable

OK, I managed to do it. After 40 days of travelling, illness and recovery I got out there and did a reasonable run. Hampered by wind and the Wye flooding from the recent storm, it was actually a beautifully sunny and warm day.

Salomon Speedcross 4 nearing the end of their useful life after nearly 100 runs and 840k. Not sure how clean I will get them now
