wrote a draft of a fanfiction (in the universe of a homebrew roleplay a friend made that we want to playtest) with one of my headmates (Hitsuji) 🩶

it was really fun! it was initially a short prologue explaining how our respective characters met each other but i think it's gonna be longer than anticipated, oops

next "chapter" will probably be written from the point of view of Hitsuji's character, and we think we'll probably alternate like that. initially it was supposed to be a rewrite of the same scene, but in her character's point of view

we started it in French so hopefully we won't be out of steam by the time we're done with it to translate it into English. we're probably gonna post it on our blog/gemlog for those who are interested

Crimson Bonds (Original Version)

This is a sneak peek into the world of Crimson Bonds. We're in the city of Avoria, located on a planet called VX-77.

The first part introduces us to Ryker and Iskiel (a character who lasts very little in the introduction, but whom we will meet much later).

Like many of my projects, CB is a #dystopia with touches of #cyberpunk or #futurism.

The first three parts can be found on #wattpad and #inkitt. English version is only available on Inkitt.

So I think I will do the 300 words for 100 days project. I already got the first one drafted. It works beautifully with a notebook. I'm considering sticking with writing a snippet of my day as a story. 100 of the 121 days left in the year.
300 words is basically 2 notebooks pages. So it's a perfect size to write on any pause. And it will help me be present so I can find material to write about. Dreams included.

I have a #writingproject that I wasn't sure what to do with, the world building was a bit messy but it came with a motif (maybe? not sure which literary word is appropriate) that reoccurs A LOT in my #writing and now I'm like...hey remember those two projects I smushed together?
