This watch came across my radar from a seller from whom I'd previously acquired a 1966 Accutron Astronaut. This watch looks weird & wonderful at the same time, and is in great condition. Resistance was futile. I didn't like the simple black strap it came with, however. So I ordered two new straps. One is a brown crocodile strap (to compliment the case), the other is a green alligator-textured strap (to extend the green in the dial). I thought I'd prefer the brown, but I'm leaning slightly toward the green. What do you think?

I like almost everything about this watch: the size (41mm); the stone dial (“Petoskey” is a stone local to the Detroit area), the dark, raised indices; the matching dark case, even the leather strap. Wish the movement wasn’t just a run-of-the-mill quartz, though.
