Spaceways04/05/2024 - Things we saw on our walk this evening.
Wood Horsetail - took so many photos trying to get one in focus!
Bog Beacon - I love this , so orange and tiny, maybe 2-3cm
Pellia - a Liverwort but what type?
Northern firmoss - growing out the cracks in the rock near the top of the hill.
A few Bryophytes we saw on our walk yesterday up a hill. So many nice ones but it was a bit chilly to stay in one place for long to get a good look. Very wet underfoot, good for mosses not so great for my boots!
