If you are interested, these are the tools I use to calculate workout numbers. METs scores, stairs/climbing, biking, lifting, etc. I have difficulty walking so having other options opens up workouts for me. These sites work for ME. I am not advocating for their accuracy or authenticity. I’ll keep using them until I can obtain converters from a trainer, therapist, doctor or nutritionist.

1. MET score (metabolic equivalent of task). Measures energy and intensity of a physical activity. Also calories burned.
