In Buena Park, reporting a workplace injury involves more than just informing your supervisor. You need to report within 30 days and provide written documentation. Employers must fulfill specific legal obligations, including providing claim forms and reporting serious injuries. Remember, you are protected from retaliation. Keeping detailed records and being persistent are key to a successful claim.

It's good practice to keep a pain diary when you have an upcoming doctor's appointment. Keep a little notebook and make notes of how you feel throughout the day. What meds you take, what ointments you use, etc.

You may be more affected by your injury than you realize!
This is also good practice even if you do not have a work injury!

If you or your doctor think you have an injury or pain because of repetitive work from your job, that's a cumulative trauma. Report the injury and seek medical treatment! Consult with an attorney if you have questions about cumulative traumas if you think you suffer from one
