10 years ago while freelancing I started working on a charter for a software consultancy cooperative, where the staff owns the company and participates in all its decisions democratically. Now as more and more of us face #AI in the workplace and have trouble finding #noAI jobs elsewhere, I'm wondering whether this project can be revived with a sort of non-AI focus.
